RE: wakatteru?
It's a shorter, more casual form for わかっている, and the more polite form わかっています.

You can often hear this when the person means, 'I know, I know, now leave me alone!'

RE: wakatteru?
I see now! I was confused since it was 1 word. Where'd you get this from? Did you read it in something professional, or something just loose. Or maybe you heard it?
Its a sort of conjunction thats made with the verb "Iru." You know about "Iru", ne? Well if you dont, it just shows you are doing something progressively. Its alot like the "-ing" ending for Englsih grammer. So like, "I am eating" would be something to the tune of "Watashi wa tabete iru."
Watashi wa = I
Tabete = eat
Imasu = "In state of", "-ing". [-Masu form of Iru]
Wakatteru, if my theory is right, is actually "Wakatte'ru" being a smashed together form of "Wakatte iru" meaning "I know." Or more loosely, "I know, I know.." since "I am knowing" isnt right. So:
Anata wa nihongo o yoku hanasenai.
Wakatte'ru...
"You cannot speak Japanese well." (I think)
"I know, I know..."
You see?

yoku means often; much
Yes, but Im pretty certain that "Yoku" is the adverbial form of "Yoi" or "Ii" both meaning good; well. Thats what Ive been taught (by myself might I mind you).
If any correction is necessary, Id appreciate this.
