Sorry. I haven't figured this one out yet. I also noticed that sometimes ?#92; doesn't show up (if it doesn't show now, it is the kanji for ten - juu) I started with Shift JIS encoding and later learned EUC is better for use in databases. So I think the problem may be encoding related.
