buddhist weddings are very sombre events..
I should post the pictures of my wife and I doing our ninja poses outside of the temple where we had our Buddhist Wedding.
Nothing like the sight of someone in 白無垢 throwing a fireball.

omfg, vixen. 6 posts and already acting like an idiot, you´re supposed to do that when you hit 100 posts :p
Good luck with studying everybody and I hope one day I will be able to pick it back up.
Until then, a nice goodbye from me to you

You know you've been hanging around a forum too long when people start quoting you and agreeing

Because everyone is religious by cultural habit, while most people don't believe in a particular religion. Although many people don't believe in a religion, they can't ignore the fact that religion is actually very important to their society, and this makes it really hard to judge someone else based on their religion :p

the kkthnxbaibai1111oneone!111eleven is perfectly correct
my forgetting a period is part of my post and irrelevant to the topic which is kkthnxbaibai1111oneone!111eleven
btw you placed 2 periods, which is wrong - either one or three. (there's my period

)

Oh....
do christians in japan do erstatz weddings too?
No, they do real Christian weddings, but their numbers are VERY small compared to the number who just go for the trappings of the classical "white wedding."
