ANIME V.S. MANGA!!! Ding Ding!!!

Most of the time, the anime tends to be better, except in cases like Rurouni Kenshin where they seem to run about the same (to me anyway ^^). I have to say, though, the Trigun manga is much better than the anime series--they're completely different storylines, for one, and the manga story is much better.

Hmph. Looking at my manga collection right now, I jsut realized that over half of them are Korean. xD I have things like Rangarok and Faerie's Landing sitting here... Huh...

I guess I kind of got turned off to a lot of the shows due to the fact that they get so terribly watered down when they come to America...
Being as cheap as I am, I can't afford to watch all my fav. Manga on DVD, so I'm stuck with the T.V. versions.

Besides Princess Mononoke and Kiki's Delivery Service, I've never seen any anime. My Japanese friends are trying to fix that. =^-^= Just yesterday one of my coworkers introduced me to some manga, which I also hadn't tried before. I'm reading the Imadoki! series now, and it's really, ridiculously *cute.*

Uh... so anyways... should I check these out? Would you guys say they're really good?

i would prefer manga... since it is more detailed and there are actually added infos than the anime version...

Guyver, FMA, Naruto, Dragonball Z and Ghost in a shell are amazing to watch as an anime because the action is just great stuff.
