This makes sense (now).　Person B is saying that they are going to the bathroom but person A thinks that they are going to tell mum some secret about rice, so B is defending themselves.

I think that here ’No, really.’　could be something like 本当だよ or 嘘じゃないよ！

This thread is stupid. I didn't even understand the original post.

Nothing said makes perfect sense, or even any other kind of existing sense there might be.

Iwark - there is absolutely no point in putting "No, really!" into the middle of a sentence because it makes absolutely no sense without context. I guarantee everyone who reads this thread is scratching their heads and thinking "WTF?" to themselves. The only time it would make sense would be if you were, say, writing a script, where it would be more like:

Person #1: Hey.. where are you going? You're not going to tell mom about the rice, are you?
Person #2: I'm going to the bathroom.
Person #1: *Raises eyebrows*
Person #2: No, really, I am! I swear I'm not going to tell mom about the rice, okay?

That would make a LOT more sense. If you would explain yourself as best you can, in English, why you want these strange sentences translated into Japanese, it would be a lot of help to everyone. O_O
