Clay,

I wouldnt mind helping you set up some kind of chat app/interface/mechanism/etc for the site. I would just
need to know what kind of hosting you use. Do you host
this site on your own server, do you use virtual or shared hosting,
do you have shell access , etc.

I did a little research and found FLASHCHAT, http://www.tufat.com/script2.htm .

It supports multiple rooms and japanese characters (unicode), and
a one time fee of 5 bucks.

Sorry I was gone for the weekend.

That looks nice. $5 can't be beat, either. If I have time tonight, I will buy it and install it.

My only concern is the extra bandwidth, but since it is using Flash which is client side, I hope it will be ok.
