Why did you choose your avatar?

I wanted an avatar for 質問 so I did a google.jp image search. At first I just wanted the kanji, but then I ran across this picture. It really seemed to embody the concept better than the kanji alone did. The expression on her face, the big ? mark, and pointing at her nose in Japanese style all were perfect. Of course I was originally looking for an avatar to give the message "I have a question" and this one seems to be more of a "your asking me?" but I love it.

Ideally a sexless or male avatar would have been more appropriate, but I coulnd't find one that came close. Cleaning it up so it would fit in the avatar space was a bit of work though.

well .. this is a chow chow puppy, and chow chows are my fav. breeds of dogs.. i am going to change it after i completely master tea kim's site for grammar, then ill have time to find a very decent avitar .

I'm a car nut, and the car in my avatar (Nissan 180sx) is what I'm currently saving for, and getting closer to - its a car I've wanted for 4 years. Although, the one in my avatar has an S13 Silvia front end on it, which is an awesome conversion, and one which I may or may not do, depending on what year the car I buy is.
