I'm not sure I could convince the rest of the guys that it would be a good idea, but I'm a big fan of doing covers of songs from other genres (the further away from metal, the better). I think I'm the only one who thinks like that, though.

if you can convince them to do a hard version of sakura, then suggest a few word changes (especially kanji type word play) like 4 and death.. of course death isn't the best example here but both are shi and could be interchangeable.. i would like to hear what you come up with ..
