Hey, do you think this is a good site for more information on learning Nihongo?

Not particularly. It uses Romaji way too much.

Some of the grammar lessons have a link to the kana version.

The problem I have is that I can't see the characters (Kana & Kanji) here at work and I can't download and install it because I would need administrators to apply it or something so it's good to have it in Romaji sometimes. But I guess it doesn't help me since I can read Japanese through Romaji but not enough practice in my Kana.
By the way... do I write "desu" in Kanji or Kana?

Domo Arigatou! I found out that it's not good to just memorize the Kana. I have to use it as well.

I think it's ok, but I'm more confortable writing in Romanji because I'm learning Katakana, Hiragana, and Kanji all at the same time. I can't really find anything I really like on that site though.

This book teachs japanese in romaji. But I learned kana from the program you can download from this site.... Write now im practing kyuu 1... And man this is LONG.... (writing them over and over again)...
When you write the kanji - spell it out in hiragana it will up your kana skills too. And its better to remember that way.... Or even draw a picture next to the kanji dont write romaji its bad for you.
