Study Group: Lesson 8

Here's the thread for the kanji lesson. The first thing I posted is a quick review of all the kanji we have covered in previous lessons. Tuesday, the testable stuff (the things everyone should go over) will go up. From there, I'll post different sets of related kanji and exercises to go with them each day through Thursday. Friday, I'll put up tests and post answers.
So there's the schedule for that.
Once again, sorry for having to throw another off lesson in, but with studying for exams, I don't have time to go through and put together a full lesson from the book.

would anyone be willing to recomend a kanji book to study from?
(I only know about hundred).:(:(

It really depends on your learning style, so you'd probably have to look over reviews and summaries before you find a good book that works for you specifically, but there are a few goods in the Japanese Page Shop.
Also, I just got a new one that has been working pretty well for me as a review. It covers 240 kanji and it has tests, quizzes, practice sections, and kanji componds for each one.
It's called "Kanji Power" by John Millen. I've only been using it for a little while and it's working nicely so far. But that book caters to a more school-orientated learning style which depends on evaluation and grading. Some people don't learn well that way...
