Since there is a time difference, it's not easy to find the time when every participants are available at the same time.
Need to know each time zone first, I think. like
Coco : Japan (JST--UTC+9)
So using thread and MSN(Chat?), means both might be fine.
(通じる? hope it makes sense^^)

MSN? doesn pandion work with MSN? Cause if it does then I want in too ..

If everyone has Pandion (or something like it) installed you could just schedule a time here:

And meet on the local chat. I don't know if there is any advantage to that over MSN, except there will be a scheduled time for anyone to see.
