Hi! I think the meaning is "Anybody want to speak Japanese?" Maybe this is better:
日本語で話したいですか？
nihongo de hanashitai desu ka?

話す hanasu - to speak

to say "I want to..." add the たい after the ます form (but without the ます)
so:
話します hanashimasu --> 話したい hanashitai

Other good examples are:
飲みます nomimasu to drink --> 飲みたい nomitai want to drink
食べます tabemasu to eat --> 食べたい tabetai want to eat
逃げます nigemasu to escape --> 逃げたい nigetai want to escape

Also if you want to ask "What does ... mean?" all you have to do is say "...は何ですか？" (...wa nan desu ka - what is ...?) or if you want to be more complex, "...はどういう意味ですか？" (...wa dou iu imi desu ka? - what is the meaning of ...?)

Thank you. We would like to speak Japanese, is? (As for me "release and to be", you thought). As for me Chinese character oven with ぶ: ナルク it is correct. As for ナルク there is no Chinese character with コンピュタ. My very much Japanese っ め it is あ occasion.

Thanks. Does anyone want to speak Japanese? I thought it was (insert bad Japanese here). I'm learning Kanji:Aruku (to run) and tadashii (correct, right). Aruku doesn't have a Kanji on my computer. Sorry for my bad Japanese.

That might be because you've typed it as "NAruku."

Try again with "Aruku."
