cheep manga?

Is there such a thing? I've looked on ebay, but that's sort of hit or miss. Does anyone know of a store (with a web site, preferably) that sells manga for under the monthly allowence squandering $10 ?
manga, Harry Potter, and sushi...life is good. ^__^

I either buy mine on Ebay or go to the mall. The Walden Books where I live sells it for $10-$12 a volume.

I don't know about websites, but I got all my manga's I have so far at local bookstores. They were about 8-9$ each.
