Hi! umm I'm new here.....I'm not that new to learning Japanese...but my boyfriend wrote me something that I cannot fully translate and I need help...

Sora ni wa hoshi-tachi
daichi ni wa hana ga saite-iru
soshite boku no uchuu ni kimi ga ite.

I know the following words already...
Sora-sky
Hoshi-star
hana-flower
and I know pretty much the whole last line,but I'm not positive...

If anyone could help me translate this I would appreciate it... ^_^'
