Suggestion 1. Tell us where your site _is_.

A: This is 911, what is your emergency?
B: There's fire raging, come help us!

Kind of amusing actually.

I assume THIS is the site you were talking about. LOL, hyper. Just like 911 can trace your call, I can trace you! And yes, 911 traces work with cellphones, too. At least they do with some, and mine specifically. Well, I wasn't dumb enough to hang up, but when I called to report seeing a car flip over (still don't know how since it was on a side street) they must have traced me through GPS. I told her where I was and she was like, "don't worry, we'll trace you." I wasn't really worried, though, since it wasn't my car upside-down. They activated "emergency mode" or something and there were cops and ambulances there in like 20 seconds.
WOW!!! I Googled something!!!

I don't Know if I should be worried or impressed with that.
I wonder if they can do that here in England?

Well, I knew it was possible but I was under the impression that it takes a few minutes with cell-phones, I guess not. Anyway, on topic, how much of that site did you actually do using HTML? It looked like a template thing to me. Well, I'm pretty sure it has to be a template because last I checked you need something like Javascript to do roll-overs. I don't think there's enough content on there at the moment to comment on, although I personally hate the use of "plz" and "u". I do like the color scheme though.

You watch too many movies. Repeat after me, almost everything you see in movies is wrong. Almost everything you see in movies is wrong..
When you see people in movies scramble to trace a call, it doesn't take seconds, it's instantly known to anyone with the proper equipment.

Tracing a cellphone by triangulating the signal can take some time. GPS, however, is pretty darn instant. The first is what they do in movies to find the badguys who don't have GPS. The second is what people who want to be found use.

I think I saw it on an episode of Monk actually. It just seemed to make sense that a cellphone may take a bit longer than a landline.

Everytime you make a cell call, the towers triangulate your position before the call is put through and these records are stored and updated for the entire duration of the call.
It may take longer to retreive this information from multiple cell towers, but the difference is in fractions af a second, not minutes.
