According to Wiki, English originated in Scandinavia... so unaccented English would be like this, ya?

The article you linked to does not say that English originated in Scandinavia. Try reading it again.

Accent has nothing to do with origin. Accent is one of the intrensic factors of speech, like sound. Unaccented English has as much meaning as soundless speech.
