JLPT4 chat study group
RE: JLPT4 chat study group
So 8AM (for me) tomorrow morning? I'll try to come on this time. I'm really not sure if I can make it (so tired lately, it's my long weekend xD Plus, the computer's in my parents room, who are at a party until 12 tonight... They'll definately sleep in...), but I hope I can!!

I'm having some trouble, too... Did I get the room name wrong (JLPT4), or is the server down right now?

Haha, "¡grande!" used in that situation sounds like Argentinian slang. I wonder if that's what you intended.
Sí, Cap'n Tanuki, yo hablo La Argentina Español ! Slang.. Slang.. Slang … P)
Yo comprendo al mi amigo Julia cuando ella habla español, y ella me comprendo cuando yo habla la lengua. Ella dijo:"No es favor. Ud. habla Español bastante bien."
Yo estudio Español en la universidad…....( se olvidó mucho ) …… ^^;
Pues, Ése es todo por hoy. Adiós ahora.
Muchas gracias (hehe... B) )

Um, did anyone make a log or something? Because I fell asleep and couldn't come on. I was just wondering if anyone had a copy of it.

Slang is cool.

Anyway, today we learned about the differences between だけ and しか, and we also discussed the usage of あげる and くれる.
Here is a link to the log: Log
Many thanks to the people who came to learn and explain!

RE: JLPT4 chat study group
we now have a {utc} tag for linking times to an outside page that gives the equivalent localtime for many locations. maybe someday it will use Javascript to just popup a little window with the users localtime equivalent...
{utc}YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm{/utc} ( replace {} with [] )
there can be stuff before the YYYY and/or after the mm.
MM, DD, hh can have the leading '0' if any dropped, 2006/09/24 9:05 == 2006/9/24 09:05.
time is in 24-hour format only. time must be given in UTC(GMT) timezone.
