They sell the books, but I don't think you'll be able to find the EXACT answers and questions on the Internet. At least not legally. THere are many sites that have training questions and answers. Try a google search for 日本語迫ﾍ試験　問題

http://www.mlcjapanese.com is a great site for JLPT info. They have pdf files available for free download that contain kanji, vocab and grammar points covered in the actual JLPT from 1992 (I believe) through 2004. Not actual question/answer sets, but helpful nonetheless...

It's actually http://www.mlcjapanese.co.jp. It's not a US site. Look under FREE MATERIAL and you'll find a wealth of help for the JLPT and Japanese learning/studying in general. ^_^
