Which kanji has the most strokes ? and what does it mean? :)

addition: my kanji dictionary gives me a kanji of 30 strokes,

ショウ
In names: とどろ
many horses
Grade Level: None. Strokes: 30.

ラン

it says they are rare, and i see why! YOU CANT READ EM THEY ARE BLACK BLOCKS....!
