i have a question. . umm. .may i ask how will you say "im angry at you" in nihongo ? please don't post in kanji because i don't know how to read it :( thanks !

The actual phrase would vary depending on the relationship between the speaker and spoken to and the situation involved. But the following is possible.

[name]さんに怒ってますよ。
[name]san ni okottemasu yo.
