newish TJP features

i wanted to clean this up a bit more, but i may not have the time (anytime soon).

over the years, TheJapanesePage.com has acquired some features here and there that are not part of the standard PHP-Fusion setup (the software that runs TJP). and most of these features have gone undocumented and have been passed down by word of mouth to new users....

there is now a page on the wiki that attempts to document these [wiki]Undocumented Features[/wiki].

on that page you will find such gems as:

1 Smileys
2 Search Functions
3 BBCode
3.1 Spoiler Text
3.2 Date/Time Link
3.3 Wiki Link
3.4 Skype Online Status

and hopefully any other features that get added to TJP. feel free to flesh out the page and add anything i've forgotten.
