but I ran across this site called "I am a Japanese School Teacher", which is this assistant language teacher's editorials on his experiences teaching english to jr high students in japan. Most of them are hilarious, especially "You WILL love me".

I just read the first part of this my kids are perverted. This kancho game how do people come up with stuff like that is this site for real or is it all made up I find it kind of hard to belive kids go around doing this in japan but then agin kids are weird.Oh and them asking questions like that I couldn't amagin having to try and answer that question to a little kid.And them trying to grab at it this stuff can't be real

little kid? were talking junior high kids here, not exactly "innocent" by any means.

yeah that is true I just don't get why they would want to go arounding sticking their finger in other kids butts and grabing randem people wouldn't they get kicked out of school for this I mean hell I got kicked out of school for telling a kid to leave me alone after he had threatend to kill during class well were I'm from in america you get kicked out of school for prety much anything but I know you'd get aressted for doing that stuff here well its a differnt country differnt rules I gess

The kids do not do this stuff to other kids. It's mostly the teachers on the recieving end of this kind of treatment.

I only got kanchoed at elementary schools not JH schools. Still, it is one memory of Japan I have tried to forget

Blech, the dark side of Japan...really discouraging.

Of course, every other country is like that too, can't expect Japan to be any different. Although I'd prolly rip a kid's head off if they tried to kancho me.

Yea, I thought some of it as funny, but some people just have a sick sense of humor (and some of the content on there isn't suitable for kids, much less anyone!)
