it's out Who has it? Is it any good? I'm going to buy it sometime this week I hope. My friend said the storyline was crazy. Is it hard to follow? Sorry, I just need to know these things Is this one better than XI or X? HOW HARD IS IT??

I have it, but I've only played about the first hour- hour and a half of it. I like it so far, except for the camera. I hate inverted camera control and you can't change it.

I love this game! The new battle system is awesome. The graphics are amazing.

The license system is great. It allows you to create your character however you want. The landscape is beautiful, and the dialogue and storyline has improved since FFX. The gambit system is a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it is very helpful throughout the game. Luckily, this game is a lot more of a challenge than many of the FF. Overall, I think this game is really worth the money.

Having finished the Japanese version months before it's american release, I'm now replaying the game, and there are actually a few extras such as different cutscenes added to the game. My Japanese is not too great, so I'm replaying it to fully understand the story. I do recommend it, it's great fun!

I'm saving my $$ for Twilight Princess. But I'll get FFXII when it comes out as a $20 Greatest Hits title. The License grid and Gambit system sound like fun.

Okay, I know JACK about the FF legacy/story whatever but I like what I've seen, so... can anyone tell me what its REALLY about?

Virtually none of the Final Fantasy games are connected by a story so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I may check out FFXII sometime but I doubt it could possibly top FFVI, the last FF game I really enjoyed (Yes I think FFVII is inferior to VI).
