Does 「会ったりする人」 mean, "someone you see a lot"?

I'm not sure about the 会ったりする part...

do things like 〜 and 〜. sometimes do 〜 and sometimes do 〜.

飲んだり食べたりした。 we did things like drinking and eating.

a single action/event can be used.
夏には泳いだりする。 in summer i do things like swimming.

so i would guess 会ったりする人 is the person who does things like meeting/interviewing.

たりis like the ~や ~など form for verbs. You can use it singular, just like you can use など singular. Also, in slang, the final する is sometimes dropped.
