大きな椅子
大好きでした
Also 大きい椅子は is a strange start because it means that 大きい椅子 has been established as the topic.

椅子はいつから歯ブラシを食べます?今、すわりを怖っています・・・
(この【を】とは正しいですか?)
(この【を】とは正しいですか?)
Sometimes I think that I'm afraid of thinking, and that scares me.

In ~ます form you generally have the か sounded out instead of just a ? mark.
I think you don't mean いつから (which means "from when")
怖っています is wrong.
椅子はいつから歯ブラシを食べますか means "from when will chairs eat toothbrushes"
It should probably be 座るのが怖いです (I don't think you need the 今 either).
So in summary ...
椅子は
was alright.

Splendid! Thank you very much
I was going for something like, 'Since when do chairs eat toothbrushes? Now I'm afraid of sitting.' Since it is a rather odd phrase... I expected to mess up almost completely.

To express the "now" in "Now I'm afraid of sitting", I would suggest using 怖くなってきた or perhaps just 怖くなった rather than the literal translation 今, which sounds more like "for the time being I'm afraid of sitting".

I always thought just placing a noun after 大きい was correct. I've never seen it used as a な adjective. Also, would が be more appropriate than は in this case? Well, what I mean is, what would be the more appropriate way to introduce the topic?
@Tspoonami
椅子は歯ブラシを食べません。 大きな椅子は赤い歯ブラシを食べます。
