Someday, I hope. A lot of my material comes from Jim Breen's WWWJDIC, hence all my improper usages.

I won't tell you how many attempts it took me to say "マクドナルド". I still have the distinct impression that I'm putting my tongue in a blender when I say it. =)

I've noticed the past few e-mails I've received from native Japanese speakers seem to have only a few sentences per subject on each line. Are the Japanese equivalent of paragraphs just shorter? or is there some other rationale for this?

オランデーズメ[スが特(とく)に好(す)きです。 would be fine.
私は オランデーズメ[ス が すきです。
私が すきなのは オランデーズメ[ス です。
also works.

プレゼント を もらう is a kind of set phrase.

ブルートゥース・ヘッドフォン と てぶくろ を クリスマスプレゼント に もらいました。
or
クリスマスプレゼント に ブルートゥース・ヘッドフォン と てぶくろ を もらいました。
would be natural, I think. (手ぶくろ is better than てぶくろ.)

良子さんは　クリスマスプレゼントが　ありますか。

良子さんは クリスマスプレゼント を もらいましたか。

今日、私は　日本語の　ひるごはんテーブルに　いきました。

日本語の れんしゅう を てつだって くれて ありがとう。 as hotei-san pointed out, you can not omit くれて.
