ええと、食べない。I think this should be 食べなかった

and

口から食べ物をぶら下がっている should be 口から食べ物がぶら下がっている.

Otherwise it looks good to me.
But best you don't take my word for it and wait for the more experienced members to post.

BTW what does ぶら mean? I guess it must be an adverb but I can't find it in my dictionary.

By the way, the first sentence is in polite speech, yet all the rest is in plain.

Yeah I noticed that too, but then I thought that スミス was being polite because he still wasn't sure whether 忍者 was the one who ate the apple or not.

I already knew 下がる, but not ぶら下がる. That's pretty much why I thought ぶら was some sort of an adverb. Live and learn.

Yep, it sure is. Actually, it has the following meanings:
to hang from
to dangle
to swing

In normal conversation "I didn't eat it" is often said:

食べてない。 or 食べてません。

The second one is in the polite form, but in this type of case it is used for emphasis, not politeness.

Also, a more natural way to say "There is apple hanging from you mouth" would be:

口にリンゴが付いてる。
