For Naruto watchers (what's dakori)

I'm directing this to Naruto fans & watchers because I don't know how to say this, but I think Naruto watchers will understand what I'm saying

It's about the little boy ( konohamaru ),, I have noticed that after each sentence he says ( dakori ) .. or something like that
I wonder if this is the correct spelling , what does it mean , and when I can use it ?
