What about wa??

In speaking Japanese, 'wa' and 'o' are including in speaking, correct? If thats true, would 'wa' and 'o' be translated into writting?

"Wa" is わ, or when used as a particle, は. "O" is お, or when used as a particle, を (aka "wo").
