Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker (DS)
Dragon Quest IX (DS)
Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors (Wii)
Dragon Warrior IV (VC)

I've played dragon quest III on the nes, very epic and beautiful, but a bit hard!
now I'm playing Joker, and it seems very funny

I played the original DQ as a lad, and it got me heavily addicted to video games. Before then I was a casual game player, but suddenly I found myself playing games alone, and it was affecting other aspects of my life. 14 years later I was a nameless peon toiling away in the behemoth belly of the game industry. Just say no to Dragon Quest, kids.

I have DragonQuest VIII for the PS2 (US Version). Absolutely fabulous. I just found out recently that the Japanese version doesn't have speech. The audio really made the game for me.

I'm happy about that as well -- there's no way I'm going to buy a PS3. But if you stayed loyal exclusively to Nintendo during its dark years, I feel for ya. DQ7 wasn't all that great, but missing out on DQ8 was a huge mistake. It's not too late!!

Man, that Swords game looks awesome, though. I know ドラクエ has always been about gameplay, but the game looks sweet, too.

DQ7 wasn't all that great, but missing out on DQ8 was a huge mistake. It's not too late!!

It's okay, I got a PS2 recently, and with it DQVIII! Man is it awesome. It may go on to become my fave DQ... possibly.

So do you have DQ7? I want to get it but it wasn't released in PAL territory.

Well I got to play V , VI , VII & VIII. My favourite was VI , it had the best storyline in my opinion. DQVII wasn't as good as the VIII but it was probably one of the best
