I only know Sunrise(Gundam series), Studio Pierrot (Naruto, Saiyuki), Bones(Fullmetal Alchemist), Studio Ghibli and Gonzo(Final Fantasy Unlimited, Gankutsuou)
But I believe there are still many of it
