JLPT Results
RE: JLPT Results
My results for 3 Kyuu:
Writing-Vocabulary: 85 / 100
Listening: 61 / 100
Reading-grammar: 176 / 200
Total : 322/400 : Passed
I'm really amazed that I've passed. I was expecting more in the Writing-vocabulary and less in the reading-grammar, but as for the Listening part, I was expecting way less.

RE: JLPT Results
Wow, still waiting here in Toronto.
I called the administrators today, and they said that there was some sort of mixup with mailing address information, and that the results were just sent (although they seemed a bit vague on when I should expect to receive the results).

RE: JLPT Results
Still waiting here too in Malaysia.
Ughhh, am biting my teeth each time I think of it...
Edit: One question - Does the results come in normal mail or registered mail (as in you need to sign for it)?
My gf just received a registered mail notification, not sure if it's the JLPT results.
Gosh, this is killing me...

Well seems like it really comes in registered mail.
My gf just got her results and she passed 3kyuu. Am really happy for her!
But now it makes me nervous, I got nothing yet!

RE: JLPT Results
Ok, just got my results this morning.
Damn postal service bent/folded my certificate! :@
Ya I passed, thank God!
I'm so grateful because my gf and I went through JLPT3 through self-study, without any classes. Furthermore, we only started studying 1mth before the exam.
To top that I was working 14-15hrs each day during that period, sometimes on weekends too! It was all last minute study.
I remember the very night before the exam, my gf and I bought the 2006 past year papers at 10PM! We thought it was a waste of money/time, but turned out to be extremely helpful, especially the listening test.
This is by no means a bragging post. I'm just real happy/thankful that we passed.
I did a lil' bit better than my gf, but I was expecting a higher score.
Now I'll see how to proceed on. I should be more active here.
Well, looks like I'm talking to myself all alone here.

RE: JLPT Results
I got my JLPT4 results a week ago (I took it in NYC), sadly I didn't pass, but I think that my results show what I need to improve on
:
Reading: 75/100
Listening: 12/100
Grammar: 126/200
Total: 213/400 (about 53%)
Haha, I guess it's not so bad for completely teaching myself mostly with books and websites in 1 year. I need to actually speak to someone in Japanese! ^_^

やっと届きました!
I reckon Melbourne must have been one of the last places to receive our results.. . is there anyone that hasn't got theirs yet?
But I passed level 1
so i guess that makes all the waiting worth it!

最初にこのスレッドを立てたAussieBさんのところに最後の結果が届くとは。
何はともあれ待った甲斐のある結果で何よりでした。

Coco, Caroline - thanks for your congratulations!
All I can say is....
Patience is a virtue, unfortunately it's not one of mine!
