When she speaks Japanese in her video blog the rhythm she uses makes her sound Korean.
Her pronunciation in the first one is really good, but the gung-ho-ness is creepy.
Edit: I listened to her video blog a little more. Yep, sounds Korean. Even her pronunciation!
Edit: Listened even more. This is what it sounds like when someone talks for the sake of talking and has nothing to say. GAWD listening to her laugh at her own mindless dribble is so painful.

If you have a look at her other one's she's actually ok.

I think it's just a 'pretty intense' persona.

God I want to smack her! She's so arrogant and full of herself its annoying. It's as if she thinks that she's the only non-Japanese person who knows Japanese....
What makes it worse is that she actually is pretty good....rrrgh...But I wouldn't call her fluent, she stutters too much.

Two muffins were baking in an oven. One turns to the other and says "sure is hot in here." The other replies "AH TALKING MUFFIN!"
二つのマフィンがオーブンで焼かれていた。片方のマフィンがもう一方のマフィンに向かって、"暑いね”と言った。すると、話しかけられたほうのマフィンは"アッ!喋るマフィンだ!”と驚いた。 :)

Something about her behavior, movement, etc. reminds me of an automaton. A rather condescending automaton.

I'd suggest a starstruck PMS moment, but that may very well be her personality.

In Japanese I told her, "I like to eat apples. But, on youtube, there are many people who do not speak Japanese. Because of this, why don't you speak slower?"
EDIT: I don't really like her pronunciation...
She like, opens her whole mouth...and lets out this...gutteral....whatever the hell you'd call that...and the words just sound so...disfigured...

The videos I watched I thought it amusing she often makes reference to:
"In Japanese we say....."

Wow, there are a lot of "intense" video replies to her little lesson...hee hee. A couple of them are pretty humorous.
