Hey there. I thought it'd be interesting to hear from your past experiences of visiting or living in Japan (before or currently). The point on this thread is to post things you KNOW from your experiences that you need no matter what. From cooking supplies to furniture and so on, tell everybody what's an essential to have or what other people have in Japan that's unusual to other countries.

That seems kind of ironic considering a certain stereotype about Asian men... :|
