HELP!!!

I need a Japanese language patch or something along those lines so I my computer can show Japanese online, because the "Kanji Benkyou" here isn't showing the japanese charaters right!!! Anyone know where I can get the Japanese Language patch for free!?

Oh and the Japanese characters people use in their post isn't showing up correctly!!!

Ok heres what you should do. Open up internet explorer and go to tools then internet options and then languages under the general tab then add japanese. If you would like to type japanese feel free to PM me ill tell you how.:)
Goals:
1) Have decent proficiency in Japanese, enough to get around/talk/read/write.
2) Visit Japan for a week or so one summer.
