Short attention span? Very short stories.
I am at the stage in my learning of Japanese where I get very tired
when trying to read long stories. Even short stories are too long for
me. The other day I was in Book-off and found this book of "micro stories!"
Just the thing!
Oh, the book is called:
超短編

A lot of us here have read Murakami's `夜のくもざる’ which is a collection of 超短編 as it was the book we used for our reading club.
The stories were very strange but also entertaining and each was only a couple of pages so it might be perfect for you.

Excellent! Thank you! I'll have to search for that next time I'm in Book-off. If it's an older book, chances are I can pick it up for only $1!
