I've been wondering about this since last time you disappeared after posting a video. Is the name of this activity called Shido or is that just part of your name? If the later, does it have a name?

Shido is my name. haha. I don't usually use JingaiShido, and I'm not really sure why I signed up as that, maybe Shido was taken, I can't remember. XD

We just call it "TRICKZ" or "Martial Arts Trickz". Depends on who the practitioner is though. Alot of the guys who do it nowadays don't really do many kicks or enjoy martial arts, they just like the flips stuff. So......I guess more just acrobatics?

I would say I practice martial arts, but everything I do is training on my own. Self taught.

So, I practice both!
