New menu icons

Wow! All these comments in just an hour or so.

I find most of these nice, just not the smiley. It kind of looks constipated.

You can tell I hand (mouse) drew the smiley in Photoshop. Speech bubbles or having people icons are great ideas. I'll work on something.

Also, are you going to have an icon that links to the store?

I originally wanted to for obvious reasons, but I think it would look terribly cluttered with 5 icons. I could make everything smaller, though. They are kind of large.

Are the icons supposed to be arranged vertically or horizontally? In Firefox 1.5 they're horizontal but in the nightly builds they're vertical; the horizontal is much better.

Hmm, they are horizontal in Windows Internet Explorer... In mine at least.

Well, it should be horizontal. I only placed the images side by side without a <br> or even a space. But if it is splitting the images, I should put them in a table I guess.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Question 1: Should 我が be just 我 or just hiragana わが?

これは好みでいいと思います。
常用漢字内の「我」の読みは、「ガ」「われ」「わ」なので、新聞赴Lなどでは平仮名書きか、漢字を使う場合には「我が」と「が」をつけるのが一般的ですが、固有名詞ですので、お好みで。logo　にも関係するものと思いますので、とりあえず「我が」のままにして、ゆっくり考えてもいいのではないでしょうか。　
　　

Question 2: What is best for 'search' I chose 捜索 because that was the first in a dictionary listing, but would さがす or 検索?

「検索」が一般的だと思います。

「捜索」は　「人または物を探すこと」ですが、法律用語としての「捜索」は
「証拠物や没収すべき物または勾引者もしくは勾留すべき人を発見するために人の身体・物・住宅その他一定の場所について行われる強制処分のこと」と定められています。
そのため「捜索」は公的権力によって「強制的に探す」という印象が強い言葉です。
