How to search for my own posts on this forum

I asked this before but forgot the answer.....so how do I look up posts I've made?

On the "Search" you can look up posts by either:
1 Entering your username and choosing "forum posts"
2 Entering your user ID # and searching on it
(Your userid # is 19669)
