I have been looking through this forum for quite a while now but this thread forced me to sign up. I'm definately interested in joining the study group.

ok sweet! I will add you to the list! I am going to try to get everyones e-mail addresses, and what time zones everyone is in. The study group site is DrkShadow.wordpress.com. It will have all of our stuff on there once we get started. I am hoping to get things running either this weekend or next weekend!

Lastly Welcome to the group DreamFragments!

Cool, lest start as soon as possible. Has it been decided the days exactly? Will it just be one or 2? And the hours as well? Since more people have signed up, we could probably start deciding that.

Oh, and something that hasn't been mentioned, what resources will we use? Any book (not sure that's good, since most people have different books) or a site? (That'd probably be better)

Will be checking the site! :D

Well, I think the weekends are good and maybe even a day in the middle of the week if people prefer it. Personally, I would like morning hours and my timezone is GMT-4. I am currently using Genki but I don't mind following wesites. I can't wait to start!

Weekends would probably be best for me, since I'm still a student and have school for 6 hours on weekdays. At the moment I'm using the JLPT 4kyuu study guide, and my timezone is GMT +1 hour.

Now there are some facts for ya! ;)

Hmm... morning hours... :|

Well... since you're GMT -4 and i'm GMT +0 i supose if it was morning there it would be afternoon here, which would be best for me. :)
And i think weekends would be best for me also, since my school schedule varies a lot from day to day, and would probably be hard to find a decent time in it.

Hm? I don't really get the sentence fully, but are you saying it is funny and so you'd like to send something? :|

Edit: Ah... maybe you're saying it seems interesting and so you'd like to join...

やる is almost always written in kana.
Better would have been 面白そうだから僕も入りたい, I think.

Still don't get it fully. This is JLPT 4 level thread... To me it's too advanced...that sentence.
