But how would you say something like, I'll let you go, or I'll let you come over, besides the obvious answers to that question; ee dozo and kamaimasen.

Well, it's kind of irrelevant to what I'm asking, perhaps; may I go to your house? Basically I would like to know how to say something like; Would you let me come over?
Or; today I'll let you come along. Sorry if I didn't phrase the question right.

I have a feeling you're walking into a trap here. You haven't been specific enough about what you're looking for, but if you're expecting to use causative verb forms to invite people over to your house, or as a general-purpose translation of "let", you're going to get a lot of puzzled looks.

As with anything in Japanese, you're not going to find a one-to-one correspondence between the English word "let" and some Japanese expression.

boku no tsumori ja nai! >_> omae omotta? maji!? If I were to invite someone over to my house with the nihongo that I know now I'd probably say something like; ie e iku? I'm just wondering if there is a sentence pattern for let someone do something, have someone do something, I know there are many different ways to say something in different situations.

There are many ways to say it:

(May I go?)
行ってもいい。
行ってもいいですか。
行ってもいいかい。
行ってもいかがですか。

(Please let me go. I hope that I have got my constructions right.)
行かせてね。
行かせてください。
行かせてくださいませんか。
行かせていただきいです。
行かせていただきけませんか。

and many more.

It all depends on the context and who you are speaking to.
