generally, you use your textbook to learn the words and use the flashcards for review.

Regarding matching up our kanji cards with your curriculum, we also have an online tool (Kanji Finder) which allows you to enter all the kanji from, say, Chapter 1 of your textbook, and the tool will generate a downloadable list of all the cards which include those kanji (either as the main kanji or in a vocabulary word). This makes it very easy to identify which cards would be useful for self-study drills for each lesson in your class.

Also we have a few cross-reference lists for popular textbooks in our download area. If you’re textbook isn’t in the list, you can just use the kanji finder tool to create your own cross-reference list.

Wow! Talk about customer service! The publishers of the kanji flashcards answering the OP.

Boy, after this, if I were going to get kanji flashcards I'd buy yours.

That is extremely cool.

I have the tuttle cards at home--even though I resolved to trash them before I move this month--and the thing that aggravated me the most was having to search for all the cards every time I opened a new chapter.

Thank you for visiting our forum.

The power of marketing, eh?

I was looking for a good set of flashcards...my first set, no less. I guess I know where I'll be purchasing mine (and adjoining kanji texts) from.
