I really don't understand your question. する is the plain form of the verb to do. To turn it into causitive (make N do something) you would use させる. However, the phrase you make me sick actually translates into something more akin to:
気持ち悪い
or
胸糞が悪くなる
気持ち悪い
or
胸糞が悪くなる

Yes, but not in the example you posted.
いadj く+ する or なadj + にする will give you the meaning "make"
難しくする - make it harder
簡単にする - make it easy
赤くする - make it red
