For homework everyone is to try and do pages 4, 5, 6. That means, practice the 10 kanji we went over in the chat.

Next chat, like discussed, we'll probably start by making some sentences and seeing some vocabulary with these kanji. Hopefully someone who is more advanced will be there to guide us in this. ^^'

I'm sorry again that my...uh...chat client kept crashing on me I've downloaded a new one (Adium) so hopefully it will work better...Could someone post the name of the chat room tomorrow before the group starts?? This program doesn't have a search option...I just have to enter the name of the group I want to join. Thanks!

Sorry for not paying attention to the lesson. I knew of the reading くち and that in certain cases it changes to ぐち, but I did not know whether that was 音読みor 訓読み.

I would prefer to learn kanji the way I have been doing, so I am really only in the group for discussion purposes. I usually follow the information on http://japanese.about.com/ unless I cannot find a kanji on there, in which case I would use The Learner’s Kanji Dictionary. So even though I have not done 口 and 車 yet, I will do them at some point and in the way have been doing the others.

I hope you do not mind that.

I don't mind at all, don't know about the others though, but i don't think anyone would mind really. But you could have said that and we would have skipped you. And (i think) we were just trying out the method last time. Not sure we'll always do like this.

And yeah, if people want me too, i will scan more pages. And you're right, i will not put anymore in here, though it's kinda the same as giving them in the chat.
And it would also make things a lot easier for me, since i can just post them here and people come get them before the chat. It's kinda a bother to have to have the upload link page always open to give people the links.

I apologize to everyone that i couldn't pay attention to the chat today.

I've been since 3.30pm till just now (12 am) working on a project, non-stop. So i couldn't really focus on the chat as i was trying to finish the project. And my head wasn't working so well either, it was hard to try to go back an forth from talking with my teacher, my collegues on the project and be on the chat at the same time.

So i apologize for that. Next time i'm sure i can give my full attention to it.

I agree with SpikeyGal, we could have some friend locked livejournal. I think wordpress has something like that also.
