People Amaze Me Sometimes
I did a search on "dehydrated" and "water", and found what has to be one of the top 10 best examples of a person seeking advice from strangers over the internet when the glaringly obvious thing to anyone with the IQ of a houseplant would be to SEEK COMPETENT PROFESSIONAL HELP.

That's quite terrifying, for sure! What's more, it is the insignificant number of posts advising just to do that... seek professional advice.
On another register, it reminds me that I had to look yesterday at a forum discussing results for university admission : those who didn't pass put it on the fact that it was surely rigged (like in bid rigging) and those who passed just didn't dare to say anything , except one with some courage who posted: these are my grades, so look where you stand! But it didn't stop the flow of complaints of unfairness.

The OP sounded like a kid, so I might excuse her. I've known too many pregnant 12 year olds and way too many pregnant 13 - 17 year olds. But there's no excuse for her mother or the other posters.

I followed her profile and found her myspace page. She's a 22 year old shack-up baby-mama.

What I want to know is, why did Mike do a search on "dehydrated" and "water," and what led him to follow the link to "baby gaga"??

Ha ha, "IQ of a houseplant".
I would like to know the rest of Mike's top 10.

I am often surprised at where people look for help -- I remember one case where a person was asking for medical and legal advice on a semi-serious matter involving her family...on a message board devoted to the Tales Of video game series.
One of the responders, I remember, insisted repeatedly that the message board was the best place to get advice because doctors and lawyers can't be trusted.

Twenty-two?! No excuse for her then. House plant IQ. I pity that baby.

... A pregnancy forum?
Sometimes I think that I'm afraid of thinking, and that scares me.

You never know, a lot of people lie about their age on myspace.
Two muffins were baking in an oven. One turns to the other and says "sure is hot in here." The other replies "AH TALKING MUFFIN!"
二つのマフィンがオーブンで焼かれていた。片方のマフィンがもう一方のマフィンに向かって、"暑いね”と言った。すると、話しかけられたほうのマフィンは"アッ!喋るマフィンだ!”と驚いた。 :)

I can tell you've never done a Google search on pregnancy. It's a big subject.

It's somehow not surprising that there's a lot of material on pregnancy available when you consider the quantity of material floating around involving ways of getting pregnant.
