What places can you go to take the test outside of the U.S?
Thought I'd ask in advance (isn't very near to taking one yet) 'cause if it's only there or far away from England, I'd want to make sure I'd have to make the trip least times as possible (e.g. not do the one for levels 4/3, and carry on studying 'till I'd be ready for 2 and then maybe even 1)

There is only one place in England you can do the test, and that's in London.
