Opposite of ～やすい

Add to the -masu form of a verb:

食べる　－＞　 食べ ます　－＞　食べにくい
taberu -> tabe masu -> tabenikui
to eat -> eat -> difficult to eat

yarimasu

keeping in mind that i have no idea what i'm talking about, isn't yarimasu a form of give?
actually, now that i look in the dictionary i see it means 'do' aswell.
how come you used yarimasu instead of shimasu?
