Added a Chat Who's online icon

Next to the Syndication icon at the top right, I made a little icon that will tell you who (if anyone) is in the Flashchat program. Try clicking on it.
There are three chat choices I have set--Please go to the chat link at the top navigation bar and let me know which you prefer.
Flashchat looks the snazziest, but as someone pointed out, you can't use Rikaichan with it.
I'm still leaning toward Flashchat since we used to have it and it was so missed when it was gone.
Once we choose the right chat, I will hire someone to integrate it with the rest of the site. Please let me know your preference!
