Besides Japanese I would love to learn Korean. I love the Korean history and culture, especially South Korea. However North Korea's history is also very intriguing.
I also like the idea of learning Russian and Spanish but not so much.

I'd like to learn Arabic, the calligraphy is gorgeous and learning about the language is a start to learning about the (often-misunderstood) culture of its speakers.

Latin, as I am a nursing student -- knowing even just a bit will be really handy while I tackle medical terminology. ^^

And Russian interests me for some reason. :)

I think Hindi would be a wonderful language to learn. It's an ancient language like Japanese, and the ancient ones tend to be more poetic, well thought out, and interesting.
