My Mission to Get to Japan & learn Japanese (need some help)
WOW, I've never really written a blog
Hello everyone, my name is Meitha I am from the United Arab Emirates and I am Nineteen years old !! :)
I have found a school and a family so I guess thats a start, I should be in Japan in the flesh just before the 1st of March... my mission is to mentally prepare myself for Japan, I have no idea what to pack. I shall be going for three months ...see I come from a country where its hot ... and temperatures of 10 degrees is super cold for me hahah so I am worried since I will be going when the weather changes from cold to cool or warm-ish !!
I'm ecstatic about learning Japanese, and I just found this site, so if anyone can give me tips on living there/ ways of learning would be highly appreciated.
I will blog until I am finally in Japan.
I do have an Idea of how I would be getting around in Japan, since I did visit last summer. I fell in love really, I'm super excited that I'll be there during the Sakura festival. and thing else I should know about the Sakura festival?
I have some Questions on University life in Japan, I will be looking for Universities, if anyone can help with anything to with universities would be THE BEST THING THATS HAPPENED TO BE IN DAYS !!!!!
mainly I want to know the application process I am seriously confused with the university websites, they either label it differently, or they give very little information.. I want to know if i need an EJU examination to enter a university is it a must ?
Less than 20 days till I am in Japan... :)

I will be staying in Kobe. From MARCH, APRIL & MAY. (is there any rain during this time) and how cold will it be !!!?
this morning coming to the office it was 12 degree's and I froze !!! I'm still shacking :S

Welcome to the site! I have no idea about universities, but you may want to post in the forums about it. (do some searching first since I know the topic has come up) You will probably get a much greater response there.
I bet it will still be quite cold for you in most parts of Japan. Which city will you be staying in?
